Role: Head of Platform & Technology | Experience: 6-8 Years|

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership in terms of strategizing, planning & driving the execution of the technology roadmap of our AutoAI Platform. We expect you to be well-versed in current technology trends. As part of the leadership team, you will be collaboratively creating a vision for success & driving the team towards it. To thrive in this role you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader who is passionate about technology & building solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset & see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the product roadmap in an agile environment and continuously review the needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables and identify opportunities and risks.
  2. Collaborate with the GTM teams, customers & various stakeholders to co-develop a roadmap and drive execution from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria to the development team.
  4. Follow technology trends, industry updates and our competitors to understand the context in which we have to build and innovate.
  5. Onboard the right partners and integrate wherever possible to get a competitive advantage.
  6. Monitor the right metrics to assess the performance of the product and turn data insights into actionable insights & outcomes to the ultimate customer
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure they have what they need to be successful

Required Experience/Skill Set/Attitude:

  1. Previous working experience as a Product Owner & in-depth knowledge of the agile process.
  2. In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence/machine learning technologies and software development fundamentals.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire to drive collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  4. Proactive, self-starter with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  5. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to details.
  6. Creative thinker with a vision, high learning potential and drive to learn on the go.
  7. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
  8. Understanding of media use cases is preferred but not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent degree, MBA is a plus.
  2. Relevant entrepreneurial experience in a B2B technology setup.
  3. Relevant work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Sales Lead – New Customer Acquisition

Experience: 6-8 Years | Work Location: Mumbai | Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive the sales and GTM efforts of the company in terms of strategizing, planning and executing the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment. As part of the leadership team of the company, you will be collaboratively creating a vision for success and driving the team towards it. To thrive in this role you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader who is passionate about sales and scaling businesses to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers, manage communication & drive end-to-end sales process
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
  • Work with the lead generation team to qualify business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations explaining the offerings & do consultative selling
  • Understand and interpret requirements, work in conjunction with solution architects and come
    up with point of views to customise solution in a given client context
  • Work with international clients and travel to client sites, conferences, and other related events as required
  • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and lead them to achieve their fullest potential

Required Experience/Skill Set/Attitude:

  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal) & articulation skills (mandatory)
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques,
    abstraction, analytical and presentation skills
  • High level of creativity, learning potential and drive to learn on the go
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Experience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management
  • Experience and knowledge of critical phases of the sales process which includes a requirement
    gathering, sales planning, solution scoping, proposal writing and presentation
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to convert insights into strategies
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data
    science, machine learning, artificial intelligence
  • Understanding of media use cases is preferred but not necessary, and brief knowledge of technologies like computer vision are good to have

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Business (MBA), Economics, Engineering or an equivalent degree
  • Entrepreneurial experience in a B2B setup
  • Work experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry
